INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
ČSAD Praha holding a.s., Pod Výtopnou 13/10, 186 00 Praha 8 - Karlín, ID No.: 261 40 659, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, under file No. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation"), on the basis of which the Company, as a data controller, in connection with the completion of the contact form on the website www.bastion-florenc.cz handles the personal data of a person interested in information about the building Bastion Florenc, ul. Křižíkova, Prague 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "data subject").
THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the completion of the contact form on the website www.bastion-florenc.cz, the Company, as the personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes and stores, under the conditions and within the limits set out in the applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data of the data subject who completed the contact form for the following purposes:
- communication with the data subject as a person interested in a tour, meeting, telephone call, supplementing information about the Bastion Florenc building
- keeping internal records of those interested in the Bastion Florenc building.
THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The personal data of the data subjects are processed in the following scope: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail or other data that the data subject provides to the administrator at his/her discretion in the text field of the contact form
PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data will be processed for the time necessary to ensure the mutual rights and obligations arising from the requirements of the applicant, but no longer than 6 months.

INFORMATION ON POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS AND INTENTION TO TRANSMIT INFORMATION
The controller provides personal data provided by the data subject to the following natural or legal persons, public authorities or other entities (hereinafter referred to as "recipients"):
- for the purpose of communication with those interested in a tour, meeting, telephone call, supplementing information about the Bastion Florenc building and keeping records of those interested, the personal data is processed by the Jan reality s.r.o., with registered office at Václavské náměstí 43, 11000, Prague 1, ID No.: 29057752
The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country or an international organisation.
FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the data subject are processed automatically in electronic form.
The personal data of the data subject will not be further processed by any personal data processors.
The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide information about the processing of his or her personal data.
The data subject shall have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.
The data subject shall have the right to have the controller erase the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies.
The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her if the controller processes the personal data on the following grounds:
- the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party,
- for direct marketing purposes.
The data subject shall have the right to obtain personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller, in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
If the processing of personal data is based on consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
If the data subject believes that there has been a violation of the law in connection with the protection of his or her personal data, he or she has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The data subject consents to the controller and processor processing his or her personal data in accordance with the above information.
